Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Dalbit website and place an order. By shopping with us, you agree to them. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Who we are

Dalbit is a Korean business selling Korean skincare directly to customers in Australia. You can reach us at qoduddml0819@gmail.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe products and their ingredients accurately. Packaging and formulations can occasionally change, and colours may vary slightly between screens. If a product differs materially from its description, your consumer rights apply.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price was clearly wrong, we'll contact you before processing and you can confirm or cancel.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred. If we can't fulfil an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, risk, and delivery

Delivery timing and customs are covered in our Shipping Policy. We ship from Korea to Australia with tracking. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; if a parcel is lost in transit, we resend at our cost.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, faulty items, and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement; for other failures we may repair, replace, or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Dalbit or its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, or misuse it.

9. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with its "last updated" date shown above.
