Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take to Australia?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 7–12 business days. Everything ships from Korea by tracked international courier.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
No. Australia does not charge customs duty on imported goods valued at or under AUD 1,000, and our products are well under that threshold. We are also not registered for GST, so no GST is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you receive an email with a live tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement, which is normal for international parcels.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia. Service to German-speaking Europe is planned for the future.
Returns & refunds
What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong?
Email us a photo within 14 days and we will refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice. You do not need to post anything back. These rights are guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, if it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, within 14 days (return shipping at your cost). For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned for change of mind.
My tracking says delivered but I did not receive it — what now?
Contact us and we will help. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we resend your order at our cost.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source directly from Korean suppliers and ship to you — no grey market, no repackaging.
Do you list full ingredients?
Every product page includes a complete ingredient breakdown in plain English, so you know exactly what you are putting on your skin.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. You can pay with the major cards and payment options shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
