Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something is wrong, we make it right — and nothing here takes away the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. These rights apply regardless of anything else on this page.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong item
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or it's not what you ordered, email qoduddml0819@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the problem.
- We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.
- You don't need to post anything back.Return shipping from Australia to Korea usually costs more than the product, so we don't ask you to.
Change of mind
Changed your mind? You can return an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and we ask you to contact us first so we can confirm the return address.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty (see above).
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, or it's clearly lost in transit, contact us and we'll resend your order at our cost. See our Shipping Policy for timing details.
How to start a return or claim
- Email qoduddml0819@gmail.com with your order number.
- For faulty/damaged items, attach a photo so we can sort it quickly.
- We respond within 24 hours and tell you the next step.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days on our side; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or card provider (typically a few business days).
