Shipping Policy

Dalbit ships Korean skincare directly from Korea to customers in Australia. Here's exactly what to expect — timing, tracking, and how customs works.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia only. Service to German-speaking Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is planned for the future.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business daysof payment. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery time
- 7–12 business days to most Australian addresses, shipped from Korea by tracked international courier.
- Every order is fully tracked end to end.
- Remote or regional addresses, public holidays, and peak periods can add a few days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders to Australia — tracked delivery is included in the price you see. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout.
Customs & duties
Australia applies a low-value import threshold of AUD 1,000: goods imported with a value at or under AUD 1,000 are not charged customs duty on arrival. Our products sit well under that threshold, so you will not be asked to pay duty to receive your order.
Dalbit is not currently registered for Australian GST, so GST is not added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. If import rules change, we'll update this page and always show any applicable charges at checkout — never as a surprise on delivery.
Tracking your order
Your shipping confirmation email contains a live tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch — this is normal for international parcels.
Delayed, stuck, or lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your order hasn't arrived within about 15 business days, email us at qoduddml0819@gmail.comwith your order number. We'll chase the courier and, if a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, send a replacement at our cost. You should never be out of pocket for a delivery problem on our side.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something is wrong, contact us within 1 business day so we can try to correct it before dispatch. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
